- Advise clients on enforcement options and strategies in relation to counterfeiting of products, websites, etc.
- Investigate allegations of infringement and draft cease and desist letters;
- Prepare, execute and attend administrative raids to seize counterfeit goods. Prepare related complaint documentation, witness statements, evidence and post-raid reports;
- Liaise with investigators, customs and officials.

PRC Copyright
- Advise on enforcement options based on copyright infringement for major entertainment company and large Japanese toy manufacturer;
- Liaise with PRC Counsel and prepare evidence and submissions for administrative actions;
- Execute administrative raids based on copyright.

Domain name disputes
- Draft numerous CEITAC arbitration submissions for recovery of domain names;
- Advise client on CEITAC and UDRP procedures.
