Peter practises in the area of information technology and intellectual property law. Peter handles business disputes over technology and intellectual property rights as well as commercial transactions relevant to funding, commercialisation and organisation structures for technology related businesses.

Peter handles intellectual property matters in all Courts. Peter has also worked professionally as a metallurgist and industrial chemist.

Peter has practiced in a range of intellectual property matters, including major trade mark, passing off, patent, copyright and design litigation.

Through his scientific qualifications and previous experience as a practicing metallurgist and industrial chemist, Peter specialises in providing legal advice in relation to the technology of mining and industrial clients. He has acted on a number of disputes involving complex metallurgical and chemical patents.

He has advised on information technology and intellectual property licensing
agreements for several major corporate clients.
