Paul practises as a "general practitioner" in intellectual property and information technology law. He handles both contentious and non-contentious matters with a slight "bias" towards non-contentious matters. His practice includes business disputes concerning technology and intellectual property rights as well as a range of commercial transactions relevant to the acquisition and commercialization of intellectual property. Paul also advises on organizational structures for technology related businesses. He handles intellectual property matters before all Courts, the Australian Trade Mark Office and the Australian Patent Office. His personal practice has been ranked Premier in Legal Profiles in Intellectual Property, Information Technology and E-Commerce (where it was ranked first).

Peter practises in the area of information technology and intellectual property law. He handles business disputes over technology and intellectual property rights as well as commercial transactions relevant to funding, commercialisation and organisation structures for technology related businesses. Peter handles intellectual property matters in all Courts. Peter has also worked professionally as a metallurgist and industrial chemist.

Jani McCutcheon is an extensively published legal academic who works with Mallon & Co. in a consultative capacity. Her areas of specialisation include trademarks and copyright. Jani is working on her PhD in copyright issues and lectures in the law faculty at the University of W.A. She has won awards for excellence in both teaching and research.
